Here, we build well-being through tuning into the symptoms we struggle with the most. It’s your body sending us a message, and it’s our job to listen. In this space, we work together to understand the parts of ourselves that receive the most judgment, both within ourselves and from the world around us. This is a place to find the safety and support you need to come home to yourself, truly embodying well-being by discovering the Self who is rooted in understanding and wholeness. Reach out
Healing happens in relation, so the “right fit” therapeutic relationship is incredibly important. I offer a free 15-minute consult call so that we can get to know each other to make sure that we’re that “right fit” before scheduling a first session.

With therapy, you “get out” what you “put in.” I will be walking alongside you through every step of the journey, so you feel supported and empowered while you grow.
